FreshBooks
freshbooks is the best invoicing system we have run across. It allows you to focus on your work, not your paperwork. We use it and highly recommend it. In addition to invoicing it also allows you to track time, and create estimates.

Carbonite
(full disclosure in addition to paying for and using this software we are also resellers) simple to use and reliable on-line backup software. It is relatively in-expensive at $60.00 per year per computer. Install it and forget it. Online backup system that works. Buy from us if you want to use it. Same price as buying it directly from them but we get a piece of it.

A great solution for a small business who do not want to run their own email server. Google Apps helps reduce or eliminate SPAM. Google apps allows you to use your own domain, and there is a free version for organizations with 10 or fewer email addresses. If you need more then that they have a paid for version as well.
