is a file synchronization / backup service. The most basic use of dropbox would have you install the Dropbox client on 2 computers and the contents of your Dropbox folder would synchronize automatically between them. There are other uses as well.

freshbooks is the best invoicing system we have run across. It allows you to focus on your work, not your paperwork. We use it and highly recommend it. In addition to invoicing it also allows you to track time, and create estimates.

It is relatively in-expensive at $60.00 per year per computer. Install it and forget it. Online backup system that works. Buy from us if you want to use it. Same price as buying it directly from them but we get a piece of it.

Google Apps for Business
provides web-based email, calendar, and documents for teams. It also ties together a lot of other google based properties under one umbrella. A great solution for a small business who do not want to run their own email server. Google Apps helps reduce or eliminate SPAM. Google apps allows you to use your own domain, and there is a free version for organizations with 10 or fewer email addresses. If you need more then that they have a paid for version as well.
